How could that guy even consider Cuba a "successful communist nation"? There's a middle class. There's poverty. There's a leader.
In a truly communist nation, there wouldn't be a government. The fact that Castro is even there living in luxery completely contradicts the foundations of communism.
Maybe he wasn't talking about Marxist communism?

That's exactly what I'm not forgetting.
To be a communist nation, you have to have completed all the steps. Until then, you're not truly communist, you're in the inbetween stage.
The guy said Cuba was the world's first and only successful communist nation. See the contradiction?
